is best hunted in Bibiki Bay - Purgonorgo Isle.
This spell can be safely soloed with no issues when you can learn it at 55. Bringing Eye Drops for blindness can help a little bit. A low damage weapon to feed the Kraken TP helps.
The Best place to hunt Sea Monk class mobs is on Purgonorgo Isle in Bibiki Bay. Grab the Manaclipper and ride out. If you are lucky a Sea Monk may spawn on the boat as you go. There are eight spawn points here, two on each beach. There are noted with red dots on the map above. At any given time four are active, and they switch about, so you'll need to circle the island to check all of them in case the ones you are using stop popping Krakens for a bit. The respawn rate is very fast, so you will never want for a target. This is what makes this the best camp. Here you will not have to wait for new targets as you farm the spell in case you do not learn. You should have no problems soloing the Kraken here by the time you can learn the spell. Feed them TP, wait to see the move, and hopefully learn it!
There is one Kraken on Qufim Island at F-8 in a small cave at the end of a ramp. It guards the flowers that are part of the Beasmaster Flag quest. At the level you can learn the spell you will have no issues soloing the monster here. The big problem with this camp is that there is only the one Kraken, and you will have a very long wait for respawn if you do not learn the spell.
If you know someone with fishing leveled, you can form a party, and have them fish up monsters. There is a good chance that many of the monsters they fish up will be Sea Monk Class in the locations in the list above. At the level you can learn the spell you will have no problems with these monsters.
There are many Sea Monk type monsters in several other zones. As most are harder to reach, or much higher in level, they are not recommended.
